Confirmations: Registrations for Shedding the Form and The Alexandrian Form are secured upon payment via Online Payment, InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, or bank transfer.

Payment Plans: For the 4-week course, a 50% deposit reserves your bench, with the balance due by Week 2.

Refunds: Full refunds or date transfers are available up to 48 hours before session start times. Cancellations under 48 hours are non-refundable, but spots may be transferred to a friend.

4-Week Course Continuity: Because sessions build sequentially week-by-week, we encourage attending all classes.

Missed Sessions: If you miss a class due to an emergency, we will attempt to host you during open studio hours or an alternate batch, subject to bench availability. Please inform your instructor 24 hours in advance.

Firing Timeline: Works undergo drying and two separate kiln firings (bisque and glaze). Pieces are ready for pickup 2 to 3 weeks after class.

Uncollected Work: Due to storage constraints, items left uncollected after 30 days will be donated or recycled into raw clay.

The Clay Process: Clay and glazes react dynamically to heat. While instructors guide moisture control and joinery carefully, natural kiln cracks or glaze variations are part of the raw ceramic craft and are not covered for refunds.

Attire: Wear comfortable, dusty-friendly attire and short fingernails for optimal clay handling.

Workspace Care: Respect tools, canvas tables, and shared studio spaces. Clean your station and return tools after your session.
